Due to the nature of our products (limited event merchandise), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Please make sure to carefully review your order (size, quantity, and details) before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
